When practised well, these principles do a great job of keeping the practitioner balanced physically, mentally and emotionally. However, all ayurvedic medicines are not prepared so simply. Ayurvedic principles are way past their expiry date. The fact of the matter is that even after thousands of years of practice, Ayurveda is more relevant than ever today. and modern medicine is at par.
